Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and undergarments cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
